1. Hemp Seeds Help Prevent Heart Attacks And Strokes

The most powerful protective effect from hemp seeds comes from their high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). You’ve probably heard that there are different kinds of fats and that they have very different impacts on health.
